Families First Medical Group accepts most insurances.
We request that you pay your co-payment and any non-covered services when you check in. Payments may be made by cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or Debit Card.
You will be responsible for any unpaid balance not covered by your insurance carrier. If you do not have insurance, you will be required to make payment in full at the time of your visit.
